NAKED BASICS

i got terribly bored while waiting for hubby for our sunday dinner out so i had a lot of extra time for make-up playtime! i used ALL of the NAKED BASICS colors and i absolutely loved them! i still need more practice though. 

after blending and contouring i put on black liquid liner from maybelline and falsies and i'm good to go!

BROKEN MAKE-UP - Alcohol Fix - Success!

so my friend accidentally dropped her MAC Studio Fix + SPF15 Foundation last night when we went clubbing. it was totally wrecked when we opened it and she just wanted to throw it away. but i said it's still worth saving!

read about this trick on google, even michelle phan did this too! 👍

made it finer with a spoon! dinurog pa ng todo! 

i forgot to tak a photo while mixing, it was too much fun! what i did was add alcohol slowly. careful not to make it too dense. after i got a muddy texture, i covered with cling wrap to press and smoothen

still wet! and then after a few hours-

AFTER:

good as new!!! well, not as smooth and has cracks on the uneven pressing but works just as well as it did before!! still smells like alcohol but all is well!

not drying on my face at all!!

if it bothers you to much, just throw it away! but if it can still be saved, why not! 😊 hope this helps!

Pond's Cold Cream - Makeup Remover - REVIEW

when i was a little girl, i have already seen this jar. my mom has been religiously using this and the tradition has passed on. and now i know why! it's just the best thing to use for removing makeup!

even when it's best to wash your face, sometimes my eyeliner and mascara hurts my eyes while i wash, this makes it effortless!

one of the biggest makeup sins we commit is sleeping with makeup on! i always do this though. haha.  which i know is a big NO-NO! anyway, read on for more info about this jar!

HOW I USE IT:

1. i scoop out an ample amount on my fingers and then spread on my face and neck. especially around my eyes.

2. i let it stay on my face for a few minutes (i think this moisturizes and softens the makeup more)

3. wipe off with tissue (facial tissue works best) on half of my face using outward strokes. starting with the face, nose, neck and lastly, the eyes. (you don't need to wipe off too hard!)

- and VIOLA! make up free and moisturized!

also- for removing lipstick!

erased makeup on half of my face! no mascara and eyeliner today tho, i'll add in how well it works with eyeliner and mascara soon!

WHY I LOVE IT:

- for nights when i'm just too lazy to wash my face, it's so easy to do even when lying down on my bed and i'm good to sleep!

- won't sting my eyes. remember that Eskinol feel where you can't even open your eyes yet until it dries? doesn't happen with this jar!

- MOISTURIZING effect! my skin feels loved even until i wake up in the morning! i cannot stress this more. moisturizing is the most important step everyday. i'm obsessed with moisturizing. even when it's so humid in the Philippines!

🌸💄 NATURACTOR - Magical Lipstick #01 😍😍😍 i've been curious about these lippies since batch1! and i finally got to order them to try on for you girls! (daw) kasi add na naman sa collection pala 😂

anyway, since i found a new love for orange lipsticks, i wanted to try on this shade, it didn't disappoint!! 👏👏 and it's as an HONEST review, i'm in love! AGAIN! 💋 VERDICT: glides on easily, buildable since it has light-medium coverage, and as u can compare on the top pic, i have a dark untertone on my lips but it blended out perfectly after 1 minute and got this just-bitten but orange tint on my lips! finish has a little sheen, like after you eat a lollipop, but it's not too glossy at all!! 😍😍

👍👍 very long lasting! although the effect is staining, it lasted me the whole day!

🍊 this lippie is my current favorite! i owned it by accident! while taking a picture of it, it fell on my notebook and damaged the tip. i couldn't possible sell it damaged so, i swiped it on. and it's like serendipity! i never knew i wanted this lipstick! 😊

MAKEUP FOREVER AQUA BROW #25

WHAT I NEED:

Angled Eyebrow Brush 

- i think ANY works well with this tube of love! althougjh i recommend a dense / hard one. a softer brush would be harder to use for application. 

1. I put a little and i mean VERY little on the tip of the brush, a drop is actually too much for me because it goes a long way. it's very concentrated aka espiso ;) i try to squeeze and spread it along the tip slowly lang. 

2. i draw on the bottom outline of my brows. in find it easier to adjust the upper outline if i follow this one first. 

3. then i draw on the upper outline

4. fill it in! blend properly to cover and shade inside the outlines. 

5. i decided to go with the LOVE LINER WAYERPROOF EYEBROW MASCARA for today.
